The Champlain Towers South, a residential condominium, was constructed in the 1980s at a time when South Florida was in some respects the “wild wild west” of construction. There was limited oversight and enforcement to ensure building codes and best practices were closely followed.

That's why he created this FREE 13-point checklist, to ensure building owners and property managers know exactly how to ensure compliance with safety regulations and future disasters.
